Still too early to be sure about much of anything except that this woman is a professional leftist provocateur of Moveon.org, Greenpeace, Free Tibet who has been previously arrested with felony charges in the United States and, apparently in China as well.

She was wearing a disguise blonde wig, Rand Paul button and pushing her way toward the candidate with a fake “award” sign that she wanted Paul to be photographed with.

The video record we see in the OP is not complete, of course. It is edited to show only a few seconds of her being taken down and being restrained. It does not show what she did prior to being restrained or the aftermath. The full video will be required to get an idea of how it all went down.

Anyway, let see what a few minutes search on Google brings up on Ms. Lauren Valle –

She was booked in May on felony charges. (Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office)

Lauren Valle was charged with the felony charges of Unauthorized Entry of a Critical Infrastructure and Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling in May.

“Today, seven Greenpeace activists were arrested for standing up to the oil industry, and sending a message to Secretary Salazar that we must stop offshore drilling. The activists were Lindsey Allen, Lauren Valle, Emma Cassidy, David Pomerantz, Georgia Hirsty, Scott Cardiff, and Paul Kelley. They have been charged with the felony charges of Unauthorized Entry of a Critical Infrastructure and Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling.”

“Harbor police talk to Greenpeace activists Scott Cardiff (R) and Lauren Valle (L) who are hanging from the bridge painting with their messages on the ship Harvey Explorer at an industrial port at Port Fourchon, Louisiana, May 24, 2010. The activists used oil from the U.S. Gulf of Mexico spill to paint the message “Arctic Next?” on the bridge of the ship, which is scheduled to depart for Alaska to support drilling operations in July.” (REUTERS/Greenpeace)

In August 2008, Lauren Valle was one of five members of Students for a Free Tibet detained in Beijing, China, for unfurling a “Free Tibet” banner in Olympic Park, the organization reported.

Yup, she is one of those leftist agitators that fly around the world to “protest” various leftist progressive causes and makes a living doing so.

I expect the left will spin her as a martyr, albeit one who was not injured in the restraint. She looks positively radiant at achieving her provocation so effectively.
